Art Houze Alive is the brainchild of International Jazz Soul Artist & Artreprenuer, TwinSpirit ( www.iAmTwinSpirit.com ) . A one-of-a-kind creative space and intimate event incubator south of Atlanta, that sits on 6 beautiful acres in Jonesboro, GA -- driven by those who care for nurturing creative energy and the progress of the collective good.

It started when TwinSpirit had an inspired vision: to open her home as a creative and versatile space for Artists and Artreprenuers to come together, collaborate, and grow sustainable ventures. This wonderfully eclectic 5,300 sq foot space is the perfect platform to birth creative visions. The recent explosion of Atlanta's indie & DIY movement has created a need for quality outside of the box business, brainstorming, & rehearsal space that can serve all types of ventures and artist/performers, as well as an event space for all types of inspired gatherings.

This spacious house is nestled on 6 acres and includes a 200 sq. ft. conference room, 1000 sq. ft. of eclectic coworking space, 600 sq. ft. studio and 1600 sq. ft. performance suite, a green room, 900 sq. ft RAW Creative Studio Space, outdoor patio with pool and performance stage, as well as on-site parking. Each space is available as individual rentals or as a whole and can be reserved by the hour, day or weekend. Rental rates start at $35/hr.

Our comfortable & warm space is available to hire for groups of up to 100. Feel free to bring in your own food and beverages, hire the caterer of your choice or cook in our full kitchen. Our BYOB studio is the the perfect venue for creative and personal events. Furniture can move around depending on your needs and we have additional folding tables and chairs not pictured. We have plenty of different areas for your guests to make themselves at home.
This is a non-smoking environment but there are plenty of outdoor spaces on the property for those that may need a smoke break.
